| Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Martin WinterkornChairman of the Board of Management of Volkswagen AG Member of the Board of Management with responsibility for “Group Research and Development” Chairman of the Board of Management for the Volkswagen brand since 1 January 2007Dr. Martin Winterkorn was born in 1947 in Leonberg. After receiving his doctorate from the Max Planck Institute for Metal Research and spending the first few years of his professional career at Robert Bosch GmbH, Winterkorn joined AUDI AG in 1981, where in 1990 he took over as head of Audi Quality Assurance. In 1996 he became member of the Board of Management for “Technical Development” for the Volkswagen brand. In 2002 Winterkorn was appointed Chairman of the Board of Management of AUDI AG, and has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AUDI AG since 2007. He is an honorary professor of the Budapest University for Technology and Economics and the Technical University in Dresden and also received an honorary professorship from Tongji University in Shanghai. |

Dr. Arno Antlitz is an engineering graduate and holds a doctorate in economics. Following various posts as project manager and in the management of international business consultants, he assumed responsibility for Product Line Controlling and Investment Planning at Volkswagen in Wolfsburg in 2004. He has been Head of Product Controlling and Chairman of the Volkswagen brand’s Investment Committee since October 2006. |
| Dr. Ulrich HackenbergMember of the Board of Management for the Volkswagen brand with responsibility for “Development” since 1 February 2007
Dr. Ulrich Hackenberg was born in 1950 in Herne. He obtained his doctorate in Vehicle Technology in 1985 from the Technical University of Aachen (RWTH) and subsequently joined AUDI AG. There he took charge of the “Vehicle Mechanics” main group and from 1989 his responsibilities included Technical Project Management for the entire product range. From 1998 to 2002 he was head of “Body Development” at Volkswagen AG, with responsibility for passenger car concept development. In addition to this, he was in charge of Technical Development at Rolls Royce Bentley Motor Cars Ltd. Hackenberg rejoined AUDI AG in 2002, where amongst others he was head of the “Concept Development, Body Development and Electrics/Electronics” business area. |

After completing his studies at the Business Academy in Wiesbaden he began his professional career in 1979 at Adam Opel AG in Rüsselsheim. From 1992 to March 1993 he was Executive Director World Wide Purchasing, GM Corporation in Detroit/USA, after which he joined Volkswagen, where he became head of “Electric/Electronic Procurement” and a member of senior management. Francisco Javier García Sanz was head of “Group Procurement Electrics/Electronics” from December 1993 to the end of 1996. |
| Prof. Dr. Dr. E. h. Jochem HeizmannMember of the Board of Management of Volkswagen AG with responsibility for “Group Commercial Vehicles” since October 2010 Prof. Dr. Dr. E. h. Jochem Heizmann was born in 1952 in Speyer/Rhine. After obtaining his doctorate he initially worked at the University of Karlsruhe before joining AUDI AG in 1982 as head of the “Work Systems” department. Until 1991 he was responsible for managing the “Assembly” division (vehicle production). After moving to Volkswagen AG his responsibilities included management of the “Central Planning, Powertrain Manufacturing” department, and from 1993 “Production Planning” for the Volkswagen brand. From February 2001 to the end of January 2007 Heizmann was Member of the Board of Management at AUDI AG with responsibility for “Production”. From February 1, 2007 to September 30, 2010, he was member of the Board of Management of Volkswagen AG with responsibility for ‘Group Production’. Additionally, from October 1, 2007, to September 30, 2009, Heizmann was member of the Board of Management of Volkswagen Passenger Cars with responsibility for “Production and Logistics”. |
| Christian KlinglerMember of the Board of Management of Volkswagen AG responsible for “Sales and Marketing” Member of the Board of Management of the Volkswagen passenger car brand with responsibility for “Sales and Marketing” since August 2008Christian Klingler was born in 1968 in Innsbruck, where he studied business management. He started his professional career in 1992 at Porsche Inter Auto, where amongst others he was responsible for setting up import and retail networks for the Volkswagen and Audi brands. In 1995 he joined Porsche Holding Österreich, where he played a significant part in the purchase of the PGA Group, an international sales partner for various automotive brands. In 1998 Klingler became a member of the PGA Group’s Board of Management and was appointed Chairman in 2002. In 2004 he returned to Porsche Holding as a Member of the Managing Board. |
| Prof. Dr.-Ing. Werner NeubauerGeneral Representative for “Group Components” Member of the Board of Management for the Volkswagen brand with responsibility for “Components” since 1 February 2007
Dr. Neubauer was born in 1949 and studied production engineering at the University of Kassel. In 1972 he took over as head of the “Overseas Manufacturing” department. In the 1980s Neubauer played a significant part in setting up the Shanghai Volkswagen joint venture. In 1996 he joined Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles as Member of the Board of Management, where he was responsible for Product Manufacturing. Three years later he took over as head of the Wolfsburg plant. In 2004 he became head of “Group Production Control” and in the following year completed his dissertation at the University of Chemnitz. |

Horst NeumannMember of the Board of Management at Volkswagen AG and for the Volkswagen passenger car brand with responsibility for the “Human Resources and Organization” division since 1 December 2005Dr. Horst Neumann was born in 1949 in Leverkusen. His first professional post after studying economics and social sciences took him in 1973 to the Senate for Economic Affairs in Berlin. In 1978 he joined the Economics Department at the board of the IG Metall union in Frankfurt/Main, becoming deputy manager in 1983. From 1994 to 2000 Neumann was a Member of the Board of Management and Personnel Director at Rasselstein GmbH and Rasselstein Hoesch GmbH. In 2001 he assumed the same position at ThyssenKrupp Elevator AG. In July 2002, Dr. Horst Neumann was appointed Member of the Board of Management at AUDI AG, with responsibility for “Human Resources”. |
| Hubert WaltlMember of the Board of Management for the Volkswagen brand with responsibility for “Production and Logistics ” since October 1, 2009Hubert Waltl is an academic engineer as well as a trained toolmaker and mechanical engineering technician. He joined the Volkswagen Group as an apprentice at Audi in 1973. Since 1994 he has undertaken various management functions in the areas tool and dye and production planning in Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm. In 2002 he was made responsible for all tool and dye locations within the Audi brand. Since 2007 he has held two functions as manager for the Volkswagen Group tool and dye as well as for the body shop planning and tool and dye for the Volkswagen and Audi brands. In the Supervisory Board of Audi AG he represents the interests of the executives since 2007. |
